Jason Hanson, Managing Principal
Jason Hanson has been involved in over $750 million worth of transactions over commercial real estate sales career. He was trained in commercial real estate investment sales under the tutelage of the late Rob Blume at Puget of Texas, a Capital Development Company.
Mr. Hanson has extensive knowledge in commercial development, leasing, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions covering all commercial real estate asset classes. He specializes in real estate acquisition support, due diligence analysis and market research.
Andrew LeFaive, VP of Acquisitions
Andrew Lefaive has a range of experience in his professional career including, but not limited to, oil & gas, innovative technologies and real estate. With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University’s E.J. Ourso College of Business, Andrew has excelled in his education, giving him the proper knowledge and experience needed to successfully progress in his endeavors. Andrew’s true passion for his clients’ best interests has highlighted his career path in a direction of not only customer satisfaction but creating close and personable relationships along the way.
Although Andrew is a Houston, Texas native, he has lived permanently in other locations across the globe such as Russia and Africa. He has also traveled frequently throughout his life and career, learning and experiencing many different cultural backgrounds in France, Dubai, Thailand, Egypt, Singapore, and many more. Andrew has since then settled down and intends on building his foundation here in Dallas, TX.
Billy Washington, Partner
Billy Washington brings over 14 years of real estate and due diligence experience to the US Realty Partners team. Prior to US Realty Partners, Billy was a part of the title services team at Zillow in their Dallas, Texas office. While at Zillow, Billy was a top producer and responsible for escrow services and payment disbursements to clients. Billy Washington has a wealth of knowledge regarding commercial real estate financing, due diligence analysis and market research for all commercial real estate asset classes. Mr. Washington previously worked in the corporate real estate group for Altisource, one of the largest real estate companies in the world.
Billy is a native of Texas and has 2 beautiful children. His son Robinson is 3 and his daughter Charlie is 10 months old. Billy is an active member of his church and volunteers for several organizations that help inner city youth. Billy also was an MMA fighter and today still trains other athletes as well.
Billy received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Dallas Baptist University with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. Billy is a licensed real estate salesmen in the State of Texas.

Joshua Duran, Associate
Joshua Duran is a Fort Worth, Texas native with a passion for real estate. Before embarking on his career in the industry, Joshua served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Vesso Controller, stationed in Lompoc, California. His four years of service were both fulfilling and transformative, instilling in him a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
In 2022, Joshua transitioned into the real estate field, receiving comprehensive training from one of the top-producing residential agents within the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Since then, he has expanded his expertise into the realm of commercial real estate, focusing on commercial sale leasebacks.
